About Us
Gymnastics is more than a sport or fun activity. It builds confidence and leadership skills that our kids take into life well beyond their time here. Founded by Coach Matt Towers, Towers Gymnastics allows Long Island kids and teens to discover skills and powers they may never have known they possessed. Whatever your child's age, skill level, or experience, there is a program here for them - from our Teeny Tots program starting at 18 months, through our boys and girls gymnastics programs up to age 18. And our competitive team program forges friendships, provides life experiences, and may lead to college scholarships.
Gymnastics for kids
We strive to provide first rate gymnastics instruction in a fun environment. Every goal matters and we want our gymnasts to gain self confidence while learning new skills.
Competitive teams
Towers Gymnastics has competitive opportunities with both USAG and USAIGC teams. Our coaches will work with your gymnast to determine which competitive program would be best suited for them.
